திருவனந்தபுரம்: தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களின் வினியோக உரிமையை எடுக்கும் கேரள வினியோகஸ்தர்கள் கை சுட்டுக்கொள்வது கத்தி திரைப்படம் வரை தொடர் கதையாகிவருகிறது.
தீபாவளிக்கு ரிலீஸ் ஆன கத்தி திரைப்படத்தின் கேரள வினியோக உரிமை ரூ.4.5 கோடிக்கு விற்பனை செய்யப்பட்டது. கேரளாவில் சுமார் 120 தியேட்டர்களில் இப்படம் ரிலீசான நிலையில், முதல் நாளில் ரூ.1 கோடி அளவுக்கு வருவாய் கிடைத்துள்ளது. அடுத்த நாள் அதைவிட பாதிதான் வருமானம் வந்துள்ளது. அதற்கடுத்த நாட்களில் இந்த வருவாய் மதிப்பு மேலும் சரிவை சந்தித்தது.
இதனால் சுமார் ரூ.1 கோடி அளவுக்கு வினியோகஸ்தர்கள் நஷ்டத்தை சந்திக்கும் நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. கத்திக்கு மட்டுமே கேரளாவில் இந்த நிலை ஏற்படவில்லை. இதற்கு முன்பு தமிழிலில் மிகவும் எதிர்பார்ப்புடன் ரிலீசான சில படங்களாலும் வினியோகஸ்தர்கள் கையை சுட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ளனர்.
லிங்குசாமி இயக்கத்தில், சூர்யா நடித்து மிகவும் எதிர்பார்ப்புடன் வெளியான அஞ்சான் திரைப்படமும் கேரளாவில் சுமார் ரூ.4.5 கோடிக்கு விற்பனையானது. ஆனால் அந்த படம் மிக மோசமாக வினியோகஸ்தர்களின் பாக்கெட்டுகளை பதம் பார்த்தது.
இதில் வேடிக்கை என்னவென்றால், பாக்ஸ் ஆபீசை கலக்கிய, முருகதாஸ் இயக்கத்தில், விஜய் நடித்த, துப்பாக்கி திரைப்படத்தால் கூட கேரள வினியோகஸ்தர்கள் நஷ்டத்தையே அனுபவித்துள்ளனர்.
எனவே கேரள வினியோகஸ்தர்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் நஷ்டத்தை வைத்து ஒரு படத்தின் வெற்றி தோல்வியை நிர்ணயம் செய்ய முடியாது என்பது புரிகிறது. அப்படியானால் இதற்கு என்னதான் காரணம்?
ஒரு வினியோகஸ்தர் இதுகுறித்து கூறுகையில் "கேரளாவில் விஜய் படங்களுக்கு நல்ல வரவேற்பு உள்ளது. இருப்பினும் முன்பெல்லாம் விஜய் படங்களின் கேரள வினியோக உரிமை, ரூ.2 கோடி முதல் ரூ.2.5 கோடி வரையில்தான் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் இப்போது இருமடங்காக விலை உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளதுதான் நஷ்டத்துக்கான காரணம்" என்றார்.
ஷங்கர் இயக்கத்தில், விக்ரம் நடித்து வெளியாக உள்ள 'ஐ' திரைப்பட உரிமை கேரளாவில் ரூ.5.6 கோடிக்கு விற்பனையாகியுள்ளதாம். இதனால் பீதியிலேயே உள்ளனர் கேரள வினியோகஸ்தர்கள். ஐ திரைப்படம் அவர்களை காப்பாற்றுமா, கைவிடுமா என்பது அடுத்த மாதத்தில் தெரிந்துவிடும்.
